Orders are typically shipped within (5) business days, with a few exceptions being:
- Special orders or orders being shipped directly from the manufacturer
- Plants listed as pre-order that are in the process of being imported into the US
- On or near National holidays, or when couriers are experiencing extended transit times
- Should an alien invasion occur
- During periods of inclement weather, natural disasters, and national/state emergencies
- Orders that have been requested to delay shipping by the customer (14-day max hold request)
- Or when other unforeseeable extenuating circumstances exist

PACKING DETAILS:
When we pack your order, we take the utmost care to ensure your plant arrives safely to you, each and every time.
- All plants are shipped bare-root with rootball wrapped in long fiber sphagnum moss, unless otherwise indicated.
- Plant(s) will be secured with precision inside durable packaging for a gentle ride on its journey to you.
- When applicable, we pack with heat packs and foam insulation.
(It's always best to let us know if you feel a heat pack or other special accommodations are needed.)

For orders eligible for free shipping:
- Shipping is fulfilled via UPS Ground & USPS Ground Advantage

- Flat-rate shipping rates are applied to all products
- Your order will ship via the courier and service level selected at checkout, unless other indicated.

Wicked Plant Co utilizes durable boxes and fiberglass reinforced security tape to help discourage theft and prevent damage while in transit. Please help us by providing a safe location to ship your plants and product to.
We are not liable or responsible for the following:
- Damages resulting from shipping courier negligence
- Lost or stolen packages
- Loss resulting from packages seized by a customs officer
- Packages damaged/lost/confiscated or otherwise harmed as a result of natural and/or other major catastrophic events.

Wicked Plant Co reserves the right to hold orders during periods of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events until deemed safe to resume shipping.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.
- Order cancellations will be accepted on a case-by-case basis but cannot be canceled after payment has been made.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right. Our staffing is currently very limited so please allow for up to 2 business days for a response.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as:
- Perishable goods (such as food and plants)
- Custom products (such as personalized items)
- Gift cards
- Special orders

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will reach out to let you know if a refund or exchange was successfully approved.
- Per the terms of our Live Arrival Guarantee, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis by STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- In instances where a return or exchanges are accepted, shipping expenses will be billed to the customer.
- Exchanges/replacements covered by our guarantee do NOT include free shipping.
