RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
  • All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.
  • Order cancellations will be accepted on a case-by-case basis but cannot be canceled after payment has been made.



DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to evaluate the issue and make it right. Our staffing is currently very limited so please allow for up to 2 business days for a response

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned like:

  • Perishable goods (such as food and plants)
  • Custom products (such as personalized items)
  • Gift cards
  • Special orders

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will reach out to let you know if a refund or exchange was successfully approved.

  • Per the terms of our Live Arrival Guarantee, refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis by STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Exchanges/replacements covered by our guarantee do NOT include free shipping.
