IF YOUR PLANT BECOMES LOST IN TRANSIT OR OTHERWISE DELAYED:

If your order is delayed by more than 24 hours past the scheduled arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we may assist you. We can be reached using our contact form or by email at sales@wickedplantco.com
Our staffing is currently very limited so please allow for up to 2 business days for a response.

  • Failure to provide notification may VOID this guarantee

IF YOUR PLANT ARRIVES DEAD OR DAMAGED:⍟

To be eligible for our Live Arrival Guarantee, you must provide the following:

  • THREE (3) clear pictures of each plant and a brief summary of the issue WITHIN four (4) hours of the time-stamped delivery by email to sales@wickedplantco.com.
  • Failure to provide documentation WITHIN the time frame provided will VOID this guarantee.


NOTE:  

Pitcher and/or Leaf die-off, prior to/during transit or upon arrival, does not constitute damage and can be normal during changes in the environment. Failure to acclimate your new plant properly is not covered under our guarantee. Please review our care tips for properly acclimating and caring for your new plant(s).

Package Theft & Natural Disasters:

Wicked Plant Co utilizes durable boxes and fiberglass reinforced security tape to help discourage theft and prevent damage while in transit. Please help us by providing a safe location to ship your plant to.

GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Orders eligible for refund are granted by STORE CREDIT ONLY, on a case-by-case basis, per the terms indicated in our Guarantee.

EXCLUSIONS:

  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Shipping expense for replacement orders will be billed to the customer.
  • Our Live Arrival Guarantee does NOT extend to package theft or to packages damaged/lost/confiscated or otherwise harmed as a result of natural and/or other major catastrophic events.
     

For international customers, please review the terms below.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
  • Plants and products being delivered internationally are excluded from our Live Arrival Guarantee.
  • Plants being forwarded to other countries are excluded from our Live Arrival Guarantee, past initial US delivery.

To be eligible for a guarantee on a US delivery, customers must strictly adhere to the policy as stated above.
